This Privacy Policy explains how Patrisol GmbH (harialy.ch) processes personal data when visiting the website and when placing orders through the online shop.

• Payment data: payment method and payment status; credit card or account details are processed exclusively by the respective payment provider 
• Usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, date and time of access and visited pages 
• Communication data: contents of contact forms, e-mails or customer enquiries 

Only the data necessary for the respective purposes is collected.

3. Purposes of data processing

Personal data is processed in particular for the following purposes:

• processing orders and deliveries

4. Use of Service Providers and Data Sharing

harialy.ch works with external service providers (data processors) for the operation of the website and the processing of orders. Data is only shared where necessary to provide the respective services.

This includes in particular:

• E-Commerce Platform & Hosting

Our online shop and ERP system are based on Odoo.

The software and all customer data are hosted on servers located in Switzerland.

• Payment Providers

To ensure secure payment processing in our online shop, we use the Swiss payment service provider Payrexx (Payrexx AG, Burgstrasse 20, CH-3600 Thun).

If you choose an electronic payment method during the checkout process, the data required for payment processing (such as name, address, order value, selected payment method, and, depending on the type of payment, credit card or account details) will be transmitted to Payrexx in encrypted form.

This data is processed exclusively for the purpose of payment processing and validation. Depending on the selected payment method (e.g., TWINT, PostFinance, credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Payrexx may forward this data to the respective credit card companies, banks, or specialized payment providers for the final execution of the transaction.

We do not store any sensitive credit card or payment data on our own servers. For this processing, the privacy policies and general terms and conditions of Payrexx, as well as those of the respective payment providers involved, apply additionally.

• Logistics Partners

For the delivery of products, we work with shipping and logistics partners, including:

• Swiss Post Ltd. 
• specialised freight forwarding companies for furniture and outdoor products 

Necessary contact details such as telephone number or e-mail address may be shared for delivery notifications.

• Analytics and Marketing Partners

The following services may in particular be used for website improvement and marketing purposes:

• Google LLC 
• Meta Platforms Inc. 

Personal data is not shared with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

5. Cookies and Web Analytics

harialy.ch may use cookies and similar technologies in order to:

• technically enable the shopping cart and checkout process 
• save settings and language preferences 
• analyse the use of the website 
• improve user experience and website functionality

• Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram)

Where possible, privacy-friendly settings such as IP anonymisation are activated.

6. International Data Transfers

The main data processing activities, including the hosting of our Odoo-based shop and ERP system, take place entirely in Switzerland.

Only through the optional use of third-party services for analytics, marketing or embedded content may data be transferred abroad, in particular:

• to the United States 
• to the EU/EEA area (e.g. Ireland) 

This may in particular concern services such as:

• Google Analytics 
• Google Maps 
• YouTube 
• Meta Pixel 
• Instagram 

In this context, IP addresses, browser information or usage data may be processed.

We ensure that the respective providers maintain an adequate level of data protection, for example through:

• the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework 
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) 

7. Retention Period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the purposes mentioned or as required by law.

This applies in particular to:

• order and invoice data according to statutory retention obligations 
• contact details during the customer relationship 
• newsletter data until consent is withdrawn 
• technical log data for a limited period to ensure security and system stability 

8. Rights of Data Subjects

Under applicable data protection law, data subjects have in particular the following rights:

• the right to obtain information about processed personal data 
• the right to correct inaccurate data 
• the right to deletion or restriction of processing where no legal obligations require retention 
• the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future 
• the right to receive or transfer data where provided by law

9. Data Security

Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are implemented to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

These measures include for example:

• careful selection of service providers 

Despite all security measures, complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if services, technical processes or legal requirements change.

The version published on the website with the indicated status date shall apply.
