1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed in the webshop of der-outdoor-sitzsack.ch. By placing your order, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Offer & Contract

All offers are non-binding. A contract is only concluded upon our confirmation or delivery.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via the methods offered in the shop.

4th delivery

Deliveries are generally made within Switzerland. Information on shipping costs and delivery times can be found during the ordering process.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a product or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Together we will find a straightforward solution – be it an exchange, replacement or refund.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent.

7. Reimbursement costs

Late payments may incur reminder fees and default interest.

8. Data protection

9. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of  patriterra.ch , unless the law provides for a mandatory place of jurisdiction.
