We want your order to arrive as smoothly and pleasantly as possible.
Below you will find the most important information regarding shipping, delivery and dispatch.
1. Delivery Area
harialy.ch currently delivers within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
No additional customs duties or import fees apply for deliveries to Liechtenstein.
For deliveries to other countries, please feel free to contact us.
2. Shipping Methods
Depending on the product, shipping is carried out:
- by parcel service
- by freight forwarding company
- or directly by a specialised logistics partner
Smaller products are generally shipped by parcel service.
Larger or heavier products are usually delivered by freight forwarding company.
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the respective product and availability.
Estimated delivery times are displayed in the webshop wherever possible.
Should delays occur, we will of course inform you accordingly.
4. Freight Forwarding Deliveries
Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries by freight forwarding company are made curbside only.
This means:
- Delivery is made to the address or roadside access point.
- Transport to the final place of use inside the house, apartment or garden is the responsibility of the customer.
- Disposal of packaging materials and pallets is also the responsibility of the customer.
For larger deliveries, the freight forwarding company will normally contact you in advance by phone, SMS or e-mail to arrange a delivery appointment.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.
Shipping costs may vary depending on the product, size and shipping method.
Additional freight forwarding charges may apply for particularly large or heavy products.
6. Inspection of Delivery
Please inspect the delivery as soon as possible after receipt for:
- visible transport damage
- incorrect products
- missing parts
If anything is incorrect, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible, ideally within 3 working days after receiving the delivery.
In the case of visible transport damage, we also recommend notifying the delivery service directly.
7. Undeliverable Shipments
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address information, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping or return transport costs may apply.
- Transport of the goods to the final place of use as well as disposal of packaging materials, pallets or protective materials is the responsibility of the customer.
8. Inspection of Goods and Complaints
- Deliveries should be inspected immediately upon receipt, especially for visible transport damage or incorrect items.
9. Sustainability and Packaging
Where possible, we aim to ensure careful and resource-conscious shipping.
Depending on the product and manufacturer, packaging, protective materials and shipping methods may vary.
