Return & Complaints

Status: June 2026

We place great importance on carefully selected products and high-quality deliveries. Should there nevertheless be an issue with a product, you will find the most important information regarding complaints and possible returns below.

1. General Information Regarding Returns

As we distribute high-quality and sometimes bulky outdoor and design products, a return or refund is only possible in the following cases:

  • A product was verifiably delivered damaged (transport damage).
  • There is a material, manufacturing, or production defect (warranty case).
  • An incorrect item was delivered.

Returns due to dislike, incorrect orders, wrong color selection, or deviating personal expectations are expressly excluded.

2. Reporting Defects or Damage

Complaints regarding visible damage or incorrect deliveries must be reported to us as soon as possible, ideally within 3 working days after receipt of the delivery, via email. After this period, the delivery is deemed approved. This excludes hidden defects that were not recognizable at the time of delivery; these must be reported to us via email immediately upon discovery.

To help us review the situation, we kindly ask you to provide where possible:

  • a short description of the issue
  • as well as meaningful photos of the affected product or packaging.

3. Returns

Returns may only be made after prior agreement with harialy.ch.

Returned products must be sent back complete and appropriately packaged.

Unannounced or incomplete returns may not be processed or accepted.

4. Review of Complaints

After receiving the complaint, we will review the reported issue individually.

Depending on the situation, this may result in:

  • a replacement delivery
  • a repair
  • a partial refund
  • or a full refund.

There is no general entitlement to returns or refunds.

5. Colour Deviations and Product Presentation

We make every effort to display products in the webshop as accurately and realistically as possible.

Depending on screen settings, display technologies, lighting conditions or material properties, colours, surfaces and textures may vary slightly from the actual product.

Minor deviations in colour, material or structure do not constitute a defect.

6. Exclusion of Complaints

Complaints are excluded in particular for:

  • normal signs of wear and tear
  • improper use
  • damage caused by external influences
  • natural wear  
  • as well as minor deviations in colour, texture or material characteristics.
